HajiraPro supports the ZKTeco ADMS protocol, so your fingerprint and face devices can push attendance logs directly to the cloud and feed leave, overtime and payroll automatically.
What is ZKTeco ADMS?
ADMS (Attendance Data Management System) is the ZKTeco protocol that lets a device send its attendance logs to a server by itself, instead of waiting for software to poll it.
Because the device initiates the connection, you usually do not need to open ports on each branch router or arrange a VPN, which makes it practical for businesses with several offices or factories.
ADMS or TCP/IP: which should you use?
Use TCP/IP when the software and device sit on the same network and you want to read the device directly. Use ADMS when devices are spread over branches or remote sites and you want logs to arrive automatically.
HajiraPro supports both, and you can mix them across devices.
What happens after the data arrives?
HajiraPro matches each punch to the employee's shift, calculates late and early-out time, applies approved leave and computes overtime. The result flows into payroll, where deductions and Bangladesh tax are applied.

An employee punches with fingerprint or face on the device.

Punch reaches HajiraPro
Over TCP/IP HajiraPro reads the device on your network; over ADMS the device pushes logs to HajiraPro.

Attendance is calculated
Punches are matched to shifts to produce present, absent, late and early-out records.

Overtime, late and leave applied
Overtime hours, late minutes and approved leave are worked out from the attendance data.

Payroll and tax
Everything flows into the monthly payroll run, including loan, advance and Bangladesh tax deductions.
